We are a small founder-led team. Headcount growth is intentional and slow — every hire is expected to contribute directly to the production stack within their first quarter, whether on research, engineering, or execution.

What we look for

Our work spans systematic trading research, low-latency execution engineering, and on-chain market structure analysis. Backgrounds we look for: quantitative research, distributed systems, smart-contract development, and market microstructure. We expect ownership, low ego, and a habit of measuring before deciding.
